REFUND POLICY
Parents who register players and then request to withdraw players will be entitled to a refund,
minus an administrative fee plus the service fee, until December 31,2025. 

If a parent requests to withdraw players after December 31, 2025 and before teams are formed, they may only be entitled to 50% of the registration costs and fees.
